Try our software right now on any Windows PC.  (Runs on any version of Win95/98/ME/XP/NT/2000).  These are fully functioning versions of our applications which can run on any multimedia PC.  No special hardware is required.  Any multimedia PC with any version (6.0 or above) of any Domino server will do.  You can run them right now on your desktop or notebook PC if you have a copy of a Domino server installed there.  This can be installed onto a test server or a production server, and your testing can be limited to any users you wish.

In order to run this free trial software, you will need:

• The downloaded software (see link below)
• The installation password (contact us for password)
• A Domino server on which to install the software (any version Domino 6.x or above)
• A multimedia PC for your testing (this can be the same PC as the Domino server, or can be a separate PC).

Brief Description of the Demonstration Software

The demonstration software can be installed and running in as little as 10 minutes. This is a working version of our Unified Messaging product running in a multimedia mode. Almost all functionality of our Unified Messaging product can be demonstrated and tested with this software, including:

• How the Unified Mailbox software is installed
• How the product integrates with your Notes and Domino environment
• How to configure the system, and how to modify system parameters
• What the system menus allow you to do, including the call flow and caller options
• How to create and configure users
• How to listen and reply to your messages

The trial software you are about to install is a working version of our Unified Messaging product.

• You will be able to access YOUR Notes mailbox
• You will be able to listen to your email messages using Text to Speech conversion
• You will be able to delete, save, reply, and forward email messages
• You will be able to create and send new voice messages and replies
• Any messages you create, forward, or reply to will be sent through your Notes and Domino mail routers and will be delivered as you address them
• Recipients of voice messages and replies sent with the demonstration software will be able to listen to these voice recordings since they are standard compressed wav files. No special software is needed by voice message recipients in order to listen to Unified Mailbox voice messages.

You will need to use a multimedia PC for this demonstration. (Note that the real product does not require a multimedia PC.)

• You will need speakers attached to the demonstration PC. You will hear all system prompts, Text to Speech playback, etc. from these speakers.
• A microphone attached to the demonstration PC is optional. We recommend having a microphone available, since this will allow you to create and send voice messages and replies.
• The demonstration software will display a simulated telephone keypad on your PC, allowing you to enter touch-tone commands to control the system.

The limitation of this demonstration software is that you will be running the product in a multimedia mode, and will not need to connect with your PBX or phone system. Therefore with this trial software you will have the following limitations.

• The demonstration software will not be connected to your PBX or phone system
• The demonstration software will not actually be answering incoming calls into your company
• You will not be able to transfer calls
• The demonstration software includes Text to Speech, but does not include our Speech Recognition option. Text to Speech is included so you can hear and reply to your email messages, but you will not be able to "talk to" the system to automatically enter commands.
• The demonstration software automatically comes pre-configured with one of our available American English Text to Speech engines. The actual product can be purchased with different Text to Speech languages and Text to Speech options. 

• - Domino Server (any version 6.0 or above) must be installed on the demo PC. Note that the Unified Mailbox software runs as an add-in task on a Domino server. Although the demo runs on a Domino 6.x server, our actual Unified Messaging product runs fine in a mixed R5/R6 environment as well.
• Windows 95/98/ME/XP/NT/2000
• 120 MB available disk space
• The demo PC must be multimedia capable and have speakers attached. A microphone is optional, but having one will also allow you to record and send new voice messages and replies.
